I am the Director of Member Engagement. I focus on membership engagement activities, identifying opportunities for members to become more engaged with GSA, in turn enhancing their membership experience. I have also managed projects with the Strategic Alliances and Communications unit, particularly large-scale initiatives. I joined the GSA staff in 2014, working on the John A. Hartford Foundation’s Change AGEnts Initiative. My professional background includes extensive experience developing and managing volunteer programs and projects.
