Bio

Hello! I am a postdoctoral fellow at Simon Fraser University, Vancouver. I completed my doctoral research on neighbourhood effects and healthy aging at the National University of Singapore, focusing on mixed methods in public housing neighbourhoods. My research lies at the intersection of urban design, environmental gerontology and community psychology.

I am the founder of Healthy Aging in Place, a nonprofit, and I have carried out several projects in the community. I look forward to exploring such opportunities in relation to research and Age-Friendly Community/Village initiatives. Recent research interest include cognition using large datasets (e.g., the Canadian Longitudinal Study of Aging) and Dementia-Friendly Neighbourhoods.
