I am currently a student with Liberty University's Doctorate of Education and Educational Leadership program. I currently hold a Master of Arts- Health Care Administrations and Bachelor of Arts- Gerontology Program, Magna Cum Laude, from Ashford University. I published an article on COVID-19 in the "Shreveport Times" in 2020 and several GSA Blog posts over the years. In 2021 I was inducted for feature in Marquis Who's Who in America & Who's Who Top Military Professionals. I will appear in the 2022 print of both "Who's Who in America" and "Who's Who Top Professionals."
I am ordained through the U.L.C. Monastery and provide small wedding services. I am previously serving as the Chaplain of the VFW Post in Seoul, Korea. I earned my AA in Biblical Studies with the Biblical Theological Seminary of Georgia in 2015. I am a member of the American College of Health Care Administrators and the Society for Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine. I currently am a Notary Public in the State of Washington.
Additionally, I have over 25 years of political involvement and volunteer work in northwest Louisiana. I have taken part in numerous city and parish level political causes and events since 1998, served on several Shreveport Youth Councils, and was named an honorary Caddo Parish Commissioner in 2000 at the age of 16. I still publish articles on various subject in the two main newspapers there, "The Shreveport Sun" and "The Shreveport Times."
My military career includes over 21 years of active duty service in the US Army. I have served in Air Defense, Cavalry, Field Artillery, Military Intelligence, Military Police (CID), and Infantry units, specializing in advising, instructing, telecommunications and experience working with high level foreign government and military leaders. I have lived in Korea (2002-2008), Qatar (2010-2011), Afghanistan (JAN-OCT 2013), Korea (2014-2018), and Germany (2018-2021). I have also worked in Bahrain, Cape Verde (Africa), Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Poland, and Romania.
