I am currently doing my PhD in the University of Malaya, Malaysia where I am running a study on exercise promotion (via mHealth approach) in older adults. The work abroad (and in an emerging country) is a unique experience and present ample learning opportunities (personally and academically). Further, I am working for the Malaysian Elderly Longitudinal Research (MELoR) group where I am responsible for the physical activity branch. The force that keeps me moving forward is the idea of creating interventions that make older adults more active (and this coupled with modern technologies).
